Ltd.®, are very happy to announce that The Office of Custodian, The Special Court (TORTS) Act, 1992, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government Of India (GOI), empaneled us as an asset valuation agency for valuation of immovable assets with them.
As part of this empanelment, the office of the custodian would allocate us the list of immovable assets along with their details of the ongoing cases with their offices located either in New Delhi or Mumbai for carrying out asset valuation. After we get allocation of the immovable assets for valuation, our valuers would gather preliminary information of the assets for carrying out their inspection. Our valuers would coordinate with the office of the Custodian for arranging the inspection. After completion of the inspection, our valuer would carry out valuation of these assets to determine their fair market value and submit our report. Based on this report, those properties can be auctioned by the office the custodian and money can be realised.
The Custodian is appointed by the Central Government under Section 3 (1) of the Special Court (Trial of offences relating to Transactions in Securities) Act, 1992, which came into force on 6th June 1992. The of the custodian is an attached office under the administrative control of Department Of Financial Services, Ministry Of Finance, headed by the Custodian and having its offices at New Delhi and Mumbai.
