CompuBee Technologies Pvt Ltd® as Plant & Machinery Valuers agency for a period of next one year from 10-Nov-2022 for their branches in Mumbai region. At the end of this period, we at CompuBee Technologies Pvt Ltd® can again renew this Plant & Machinery Valuer empalement services with the bank. Now, with this empanelment, we as a plant & machinery valuer can offer our plant & machinery valuation or equipment valuation or machinery valuation services to the clients of M/s. COSMOS Co-Op Bank Ltd. As part of this service, our Plant & Machinery Valuers or mechanical chartered engineers would visit to the factories of the account holders of M/s. COSMOS Co-Op Bank Ltd. and carry out inspection of all of their movable assets including plant, machinery, equipment, etc. and then carry out valuation of those movable assets to be used as collaterals for taking loans.
To understand the plant and machinery valuation process, you may have to go through the following flow process chart. As part of the valuation process, our valuers or chartered engineers, first collect the preliminary data about the assets to be valued, the location of assets, etc. Then our valuers go to the client’s manufacturing unit or business location to carry out the inspection. Once our valuers carry out the inspection, we request for missing or additional information and carry out our own independent research of the assets to arrive at the valuation of assets.
