With this appointment, we can carry out valuation of various assets including real estate or fixed assets such as land and building, flats, apartments, N. A. plots, commercial premises, etc. We can also carry out valuations of movable assets such as manufacturing plants, machinery, process equipment, ships, boats, etc. to be hypothecated with the bank.
For valuation of an assets, once the bank appoints for a particular case, first we get all the relevant details of the asset from the bank. Then our empanelled engineer/s visit the site / location for inspection of those assets. We carry out thorough inspection of the assets such as flat, apartment, building, lands, machines, equipment, etc. Then we note down various aspects and attributes of these assets. We take photographs of the assets. We carry out our own independent research on the assets. Then we can carry out the valuation of the assets.
